No worries—all coaching calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. While live attendance is encouraged for real-time support and practice, you’ll never miss the core lessons or breakthroughs. Plus, the private community is active between calls to keep you engaged and supported.
How much time will I need each week?
You’ll want to set aside about 90–120 minutes per week:
